2. CONSULTATION A free online consultation will be provided to you only if you are a foreigner.
Local patients are requested to call to the clinic on the phone 453 83 83 for fixing an appointment for a medico-aesthetic consultation as this will allow both sides to economize time from long and time-consuming correspondences and it will as well give you the possibility to secure a quicker appointment for a first physical consultation.
After an online consultation, your questions will be answered within 24-48 hours with a detailed cost estimate of the treatments chosen by you.
The first physical medico-aesthetic consultation in the clinic will immediately allow you to have a precise idea of what should be done for you together with a more precise cost estimate unless further medical check-up is needed for more precise determination of your health/beauty condition.
3. TERMS OF TRADING Should you decide to proceed further with your diagnostic and treatment procedures, we will ask you to complete a booking form.
At this stage treatment, accommodation and travel arrangements will be finalized.
Check final arrangements and advise any changes in good time.
4. ARRIVAL IN MAURITIUS Fly to the paradise island Republic of Mauritius.
Upon your arrival at the Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam (SSR) International Airport, a pick-up will wait for you and bring you to your accommodation.
You have a good rest and sleep on the day of your arrival.
5. ATTEND CONSULTATION & PRE-TREATMENT DIAGNOSTIC TESTS On the day following your arrival, you will normally have your appointment for your consultation and pre-treatment diagnostic procedures about which you will already have been informed in the quote you receive before you leave your country of residence. You will normally need to come to the clinic for your appointment in a fasting condition at 8.30 a.m.
6. TREATMENT Usually your treatment may last for 7-10 days or 2 to 3 or 4 weeks, depending on your needs and wishes.
You will normally stay in your booked accommodation and come to the clinic only for receiving our already well-planned medico-aesthetic services. So, it's preferable to stay within a few minutes' reach from the clinic in Flic-en-Flac.
7. EXCURSION TOURS ON THE PARADISE ISLAND OF MAURITIUS During the time of the day you are free from treatment, excursion tours can be organized for you if you would like to be spoilt on the paradise island of Mauritius whilst relaxing, enjoying and recuperating your health and beauty in the tropical, exotic, refreshing and naturally energizing surroundings of the magnificent green island.
8. WATER SPORTS IN THE BLUE LAGOONS & RELAXING AND SUN TANNING ON THE WHITE SAND BEACHES In the time free from your treatment (if it is non-surgical) you may do water sports - swimming, diving, deep sea diving, snorkelling, kite-surfing, fishing, deep sea fishing, etc. in the turquoise blue lagoons of the Indian Ocean as well as relax and have a sun tan on the white sand beaches along the filao- and palm-tree covered coasts of the paradise island of Mauritius.
In case you undergo surgical treatment, such as Slim Laser Intervention, etc., you will have to restrain yourself from water sports during the first 10 days until the sutured incision lines are fully healed and scarred. In this case, you will have to be happy with relaxing and sun tanning on the white sand beaches and excursion tours around the island.
9. POST-TREATMENT DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURES In case of medical treatment, you may need to undergo post-treatment diagnostic procedures about which you will have been informed in the quote you would have received at home before leaving your country of residence or confirmed before beginning your treatment at the clinic.
In case of aesthetic treatment only, normally no post-treatment diagnostic procedures are required. Only body weight and shape may be checked and photos may be taken of the treated body zones or the full body for medico-aesthetic documentation that will be confidentially kept at the clinic and won't be used for publishing in the media without your written consent.
10. BRINGING YOU BACK TO THE AIRPORT On the day of your departure from Mauritius, a pick-up vehicle will take you from your temporary residence to the Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport, usually bringing you there 3 hours before the time of your flight take-off. The airport is found at some 45 minutes' driving distance from our clinic. So, it's better to leave your accommodation 4 hours before the flight in order to avoid unnecessary stress on your way to the airport.
11. ARRIVE HOME HAVING A WONDERFUL NEW LOOK ! Arrive home having a wonderful New Look, feeling re-energized, refreshed, rejuvenated and happy!
